Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Participation Policy We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least one week before the program start date. Cancellations made after the program has begun are eligible for a 50% refund. Please note that Mini Hoops is not liable for any injuries that may occur during participation. For safety and support, children ages 3–5 must have a parent or guardian present at all times during programming. To help maintain a positive and welcoming space: Please allow coaches to lead the class. We kindly ask parents and guardians to help their little ones follow coach directions during activities. Encourage your child positively—especially when they make mistakes. Learning takes time, and confidence grows through support and grace as they try new things. If a child repeatedly and intentionally causes harm to others and no improvement is observed after guidance and support, we reserve the right to withdraw them from the program to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
